Moulin Rouge Hotel and Casino

The Moulin Rouge Hotel and Casino opened on May 24, 1955 as an integrated Las Vegas resort. Its original hotel operation closed that October.

On March 26, 1960, Black civil-rights leaders met resort owners and officials at the former hotel amid a planned protest against segregation.
