Material claims are connected to the records that support, qualify, or dispute them. Public Stories show the evidence in ordinary language and keep deeper source detail available for readers who want to look closer.
Uncertainty is information
When reliable accounts disagree, we say so. When a date, place, quotation, motive, or sequence cannot be established, the Story does not quietly upgrade a possibility into a fact.
People make the judgments
Software and AI may assist with research triage, transcription, comparison, editing, metadata, and quality checks. They do not approve claims or releases. Named people remain responsible for writing, editorial judgment, rights, review, and publication.
Corrections are part of the work
Records change and better evidence arrives. If something appears wrong or incomplete, please suggest a correction or source. A submission opens a review; it never changes a published page automatically.
